TENKOU was launched in March 2013 as a super-large barge with the length of 100m, breadth of 38m, depth of 7.5m and deadweight tonnage of 18,500 tons to match the demand of bigger and heavier cargo transportation.
The installed 3,000 tons/hr in total ballast pump which can quickly adjust the draft and hull inclination enables us to do roll-on/off operation easily even if there is a big change of tide current at the port.
A rolling and pitching of the hull analysis program is able to propose optimal transportation conditions.
The deck strength of TENKOU is 20 tons/m2.
The ballast water treatment system is installed to preserve the environment from pollution.
